I have an RX 6600 for some while now,and I have one complaint that all this time I have been getting blurry graphics and blurry images in all of my games and I have also swapped a lot of cables from HDMI to display port and everything,and i don't know what to do anymore
Do you have Contrast Adaptive Sharpening enabled? If yes, try a setting of 50% or higher. I like mine at around 60%. Enabling it and having to low of a setting can make things blurry. If you don't have it enabled, well give it a try. It might help.
