Blue Flashing Pixels on Screen

I have been playing escape from Tarkov and have been getting these flashing/ strobing pixels on my screen. When I look up they stop but you can still see where these pixels are. The GPU temp is around 68 so I do not think it is overheating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to post your computer info setup as per AMD Forum rules : INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION .

Also how is your monitor connected and Make & Model of your monitor?

Does this occur only in this one particular Game or does it occur no matter what you are watching or doing?

Have you checked to see if there are any new patches for the game since Windows new version came out?
