For the last yearssss I have an issue with my AMD cards that as soon as I connect a 2nd screen, in my case a receiver/projector, the screen sometimes blacks out for half a second every x minutes. Sometimes my mouse pointer gets reset and jumps to the center. Sometimes the blackouts occur every 30s, sometimes it takes multiple minutes but it is driving me crazy. Desperate me disconnects the hdmi cable until I want to game steam Big picture mode again.
This issue transcended pc builds (now on a vega II), monitors and all types of hdmi cables (currently using optical hdmi). Refresh rates make no difference, it is not driver bound, tried all brabds of hdmi cable...
Does anybody recognize this issue?
