Black screen flickering while playing games

My Specs:- ASRock B450M Steel Legend

                   Ryzen 7 2700 (non X)

                   Gigabyte RX 570 4GB 

                  Acer QG221Q 75hz FHD Monitor 22 inch AMD free sync

                   8 gb DDR4 Ram

                 550 Watt antec Power Supply

Black screen flickering while playing games only while playing games no problem at watching 4k videos 

I have update my all drivers I have also used  drivers got in the box (CD)

I have also installed old graphics card driver  but it stills give me black screen

but after restarting computer it solves problem and I can again play games without black screen

please help Its very painful for me to troubleshooting as I'm super noob

And now I cannot change my graphics card as I have bought this monitor

I'm regretting to buy amd graphics card but now I cant do much  

I would never suggest anyone to buy amd graphics card

Man I have the same monitor as you. I read somwhere on the internet that a few people has the same problem with this monitor. Can you check it? 

I check it on my PS4 but it works so IDK.

Same problems here, I have monitor LG 22M47VQ-P 21,5 inch.

Tried with HDMI and DVI cables... nothing, only with driver version 19.7.5 works, but you can't play every games, like Call of duty Warzone or new ones.

In my case the problem is a monitor cause now I have the same problem when I play on my PS4
