anyone having a black screen issue with the new drivers in counter-strike 2?  whenever the map is about to load my screen goes black.  i have 6700xt running latest driver - problem started after new driver was installed.  verifying files in steam helps but its very random

ok i like messaging myself - i rolled back the driver and the issue seems to be gone, but i will update once more in a few days. 

NOW i just remembered, when i downloaded the newest driver when this issue started - there was a weird hiccup during the download - it said the download failed the first time.  I'm just curious if somehow the download got corrupted when it was installed.  hmmmm.   if no one else has this issue maybe that's what it was.

hello - last message.  so rolling back the driver didn't really help as i would still get the black screen.  what  has helped is "disabling full screen optimizations" on the cs2.exe file itself.  that's all i've done and its been 2 weeks without a black screen.  i will try the latest driver with this and see if it also works
