Alright so my motherboard (Asus Tuf x570) doesn’t support the 7000 series CPU’s and I really want to know whats the best top of the line GPU i can combine it with for the 5000 series. My goal is really high frames at 1080p gaming. I play really competitive and need every advantage. Pricing is not an issue. I know that bottlenecks are a thing, so I want to make a smart purchase.  I mainly play FPS games.

That is a pretty capable CPU, I would't worry much about bottlenecking unless you want a 4090.

Pick the best for your budget and maybe down the line in a year or so, you can go AM5.
