Audio issue with Chinese RX580 8GB 2048SP

Hello everyone.

I just got a RX580 8GB 2048SP branded as Lexindar.

Surprisingly, the GPU's performance is not bad, and in benchmarks it's about 20-30% better than my old R9 280x.

But I'm having an issue when any audio is played through the GPU, whether it's through HDMI or Displayport. The audio makes weird crackling noise, similar to a coil whine, and sometimes it disappears completely. This also causes some performance issues and some slowdown when running 4k video files for example.

The problem is found also when I connect wired headphones and get the audio through the motherboard Realtek audio device.

If I connect a bluetooth audio headset then it runs perfectly fine.

Here's a video showing the audio issues:

I tried installing previous Adrenaline drivers and made some tuning changes suggested on other posts, and I also updated the motherboard BIOS to the latest version, but I still have this issue. I even tried running Windows 10 on the PC, and I still had this problem.

I'm running it on an ASrock B450m Pro4, AMD RYZEN 2700, 16GB ram, Corsair cx450m 450W PSU.

Any idea what the source of the problem could be?

Thanks in advance.

Where is the sound coming from, the speakers or the motherboard?   If from speakers, go into your audio options in windows and adjust the bitrate, 16bit 32000hz/48000hz and adjust each and you may find one that doesnt' crackle.

The sound is from my speakers, both from the monitor collected through hdmi or displayport, and both from the headphones connected to the PC.

The only way I don't get the sound is if i connect through Bluetooth.

I tried changing the audio sample settings, but it didn't make any difference.
