How are you going to connect and install the HP ATI Mobility HD 5450 MXM GPU inside your Mac Computer?

If you are not running Windows Bootcamp then the MacOS you have installed will have to have native AMD Drivers for that GPU card.

For compatibility you will need to open a Apple Support ticket and ask them directly since it is a Apple PC.
