Hello everyone, sorry for my English. I have a problem that not even Asus support has solved.
Configuration: Windows 10 64bit, MB Asus M5A78L-M/USB3, Ati Radeon 3000 video card, AMD FX 6300 Vishera CPU, Asus VX299H monitor.
Monitor specifications up to 1920x1200 60Hz, Ati card 1920x1200 60Hz
Problem: connecting PC/monitor VGA at 1920x1080 no problem, connecting PC/monitor HDMI from 1776x1000 up including 1920x1080 gives me a black border of 2 cm horizontally and 3 cm vertically around the image. Both at boot and desktop.
With another PC, same cable, same monitor at 1920x1080 no problem
Firmware and drivers are latest release.
What can be ?

Hi mario there is a forum you may not know of that does a lot of work with legacy hardware and AMD driver modding. The forum Guru3d has many people that maintain/mod legacy drivers and are quite helpful with drivers and custom display settings. Sign up there and ask for help and you'll likely find it there.
