Asus Tuf Gaming 6900xt Stutter

Well....as the subject line states, I'm getting the stutters. LoL sounds like a bad night out huh?

Asus Dark Hero VIII Mobo

AMD Ryzen 9 5900x w/Corsair 360mm aio

Asus Tuf Gaming 6900xt triple fan (all drivers so I'm currently on the optional 22.2.2 I believe?)

G.Skill Ripjawz 32gb cl16-16-16-36 @3600 mhz xmp (d.o.c.p)

1000 watt EVGA power supply

Corsair 5000 series case. (10 fans not including GPU)

So I have read around for all the tips and tricks about in game stutters. All games unfortunately.

Disabled FTPM, secure boot, tried PBO on the 5900x, tried to o.c.ing memory to 3733 and 1866 for coupled mode (successfully), tried setting the virtual memory in windows differently. SAM is on.

I'm curious to know....has anyone with a similar setup and 32gb+ of ram had better success?

Is 16gb literally the new low on a higher spec'd build?

Any help is appreciated.

What monitor do you use?

Disable Freesync on my monitor and in Adrenalin and see if that fixes it

Yep that should solve the problem. Had a similar issue, also sometimes monitors have settings that you can mess with. I hope your monitor is 144hz or higher to optimize game play.

I have an LG Ultra Gear 165hz monitor. Been really solid.

I did disable this as well and it still persists.

I did read where AMD officially announced it was an issue with the fTPM.

Im going to order an Asus discrete tpm module and see if this helps/works.

I would also try using ISLC (intelligent standby list cleaner), it helps clear your standby memory while gaming. It helped me tremendously with my microstutters on my rx6700xt. Lmk if you need help finding it! Hope this helps
