Asus radeon rx 6700 xt Big problem :(

Hi guys,

First of all, sorry for my english.

I have a big problem. The screen goes black after about two hours of gaming (divinty origins ultra 2k). When I restart the computer, it does not see the graphic card. I re-enable it from the admin. I restart the computer again. GPU and Adrenaline software are working again.

I deleted the adrenaline and loaded it. (not work)

I changed windows 11 to windows 10. (not work) (I installed the recommended version. v22.11.2)

I've read information to reduce the power of the video card. I dont want to it. Because it doesn't make sense. Then why did I get a high graphic card? Also, it should not be closed in the 2017 game!

I don't think it's hardware. I don't want to think. Because I pushed the limits of my wallet by buying this computer.

Can you help me please?

Asus Tuf Gaming x570- plus wifi

AMD ryzen 7 5700x 

2x8gb ripjaws ddr 3600Mhz.

FSP HYDRO G PRO 850W

kioxia pcle m2 1tb exceria pro NVMe

Samsuns ssd 120gb

Huawei MateView GT 27" 2k

Have you used DDU and save mode to get rid of your GPU drivers? If not, try that.

I have changed windows 11 to 10.

I don't think it's software anymore. İts hardware

Today I will try the video card on my friend's computer.

He have i7 6700K, Z170 asus gaming and 750W, 16gb ram.

I think it will be bottleneck. But I have to try it. This is last chance. 

I will send the graphics card for warranty even if there is no fault. And PSU too.

This is the first time I bought an amd card and processor. I will never take it again.

Hi guys.

Finally I found the problem. But I don't understant the problem.

I have Huawei MateView GT 27" 2k. Its 165hz. Whenever I play games the fps is fixed at 144.

This causes the GPU to be overloaded. (GPU use %90over Watt 165 over)

If I lower the FPS from the game settings, 90fps or 60fps gpu back normally.

I want solution from you. I want to use my monitor 144hz or 165hz.
