When I enable upscaling of any kind in Black ops 6, Space marines 2, or modded fallout 4 via a FSR/XESS mod, The gpu doens't work at max power and instead doesn't push past 2000Mhz clock speed and over 200W of power usage. The usage stays around 70-90% during this though. The fps is drastically lower than just playing the games on native without any upscaling at all. It does not affect every game however, Marvel rivals(FSR 3.1/FSR 4), Warframe (FSR 2.2), and Witchfire (FSR 2/XeSS) work perfectly fine as you'd expect. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
