AMD Sapphire r7 240 4gb dual monitor problem

Hello, I have recently discovered a problem in my pc. So i have a primary monitor an Asus 21 inch 1920x1080 and i bought a philips 19 inch with 1336x766 resolution i think. My video card has vga, hdmi and dvi-d ports. So i am already using the vga with my main monitor and also both monitors have only vga. So i bought a adapter from hdmi to vga and dvi-d to vga. But when i plug my second monitor using the hdmi or dvi adapters my main screen goes black, then after about 2 min bios beep codes starts.

My pc is HP xw9400 workstation with dual cpu amd opteron 2.4ghz.

I tried almost everything to fix this issue but nothing helps, new drivers, new windows and still

i wonder if it could be the video card giving up,because 2 years before that i was using the dvi-d port with second monitor and worked fine and now its this bug? Please help

this is a passive adapter ;)

it is possible that your r7 240 has only 2 clock generators - i will check that

If it was passive than hdmi would work also with it i have tested my hdmi to vga adapter and works fine, but when i plug it its the same like with the dvi-d, i am starting to think its the video card that is bad.
