Dear all good day.
Recently i purchased a refurbished HP ProBook equipped with AMD Ryzen 5 4500U with Radeon Graphics 2.38 GHz.
I installed Windows 11 and, unfortunately, performed all the proposed Windows and AMD BIOS updates.
After that, the display card fails and the resolution can't be changed from 1024x768.
I have tried to uninstall the graphic card driver and install the Windows conventional one with no success.
I also tried to reinstall the AMD driver with no results.
Right now I almost can't use the PC.
Any ideas???
