I've been using my MSI RX470 Armor 4GB for a whole 3 years now, and Vulkan had been working perfectly in every game. And now after reinstalling OS it doesn't work anymore, GPU-Z shows Vulkan as unavailable and games do not work in Vulkan API. What's the deal? I've tried installing older drivers, but that did not help
If your GPU worked fine with Vulkan before, try updating drivers, checking Vulkan Runtime Libraries, ensuring GPU supports Vulkan, reinstalling OS, or checking for BIOS updates.
