Hy! I've Face A Problem. How I Repair ( AMD Radeon 4800 Series ) Graphics Card. 

Please Reply How To Repair This Problem......C83 IC Or Chip Is Removed Not Showing This Chip.

Can Help Me Please. I M Very Worried And Deeply Problem Face.

Throw it in the garbage and buy the cheapest (latest) GPU you can find and it will be way faster,4000 series are over 12 years old.

The missing SMD is a ceramic capacitor.  Unfortunately, SMD components like that are nearly never properly labelled. 

What you can do is remove the one next to it, test the capacitance, and try to find a duplicate that's the same size with the same capacitance.  You'll need either hot tweezers or a hot air gun to remove and replace SMD's like that.

You could also just solder a wire across the pads, and there's a good chance the card would work.
