I installed an AMD RX 6700 XT video card into a new build and everything seems to be work fine, except. I pulled up Skyrim and it is only running at an average of 34 fps. This is far too low for this card on a 10 year old game. I also tried it on War Thunder and only averaged 43 fps. Both games are on high resolutions. I have updated the GPU Driver, Direct X is installed, but to no avail. I am using a smart TV, and while not the best solution it does maintain 60 fps. Still the card does not live up to its potential. I am aware of the possibility of a bottleneck issue, but it is small and not effect things this much. This card should be x2 to x3 higher in fps performance. Help Please.
