Hello,
I have a bit of trouble with my PC since I changed the graphics card to an AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT.
Whenever there is a new element rendering on my navigator or on applications like discord, I have microfreezes. Passing the cursor over new videos or the like buttons of Youtube for example will cause these little freezes.
I'm linking a video of Youtube. On this video, we can see that everything is smooth while the cursor doesn't move, but start getting junky when it overs on the buttons.

My hardware is :
CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz, 3600 MHz, 8 core(s)
Motherboard : Asus PRIME Z390-P
GPU : AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT
Have anyone already gotten this problem ?
I have to add that this is a new installation, so no software problems should be there (yet)
