Hi, Since a few weeks my GPU Gives a black screen when i boot my pc up. the black screen is at the log in screen. i tried to search for a solution but couldnt find anyhting that helps permenantly i tried to fix it when i delete the driver in safe mode and reboot my pc. after a few tries it works but when i shut down my pc it gives black screen again. i can only use my gpu from my motherboard in normal boot but when i start it up in safemode i need to switch my monitor back to my gpu.
Does someone know a solution?

gpu AMD Radeon R7 250
16gb ram
