amd radeon r5 340x crashes when Windows Media Center plays Recorded TV show

I use Windows Media Center to record TV shows. When I click Play on a record show my amd radeon r5 340x card crashes my PC.

* I have the most current drivers for the card: adrenalin-2020-21.5.1

* I've swapped monitors and got the same result

* Running windows 7 Ultra ( required by Media Center)

* I can open Media Center and look through the list of shows with out a crash.

* The crash occurs when I click on a show to play it (I assume it changes the screen resolution when starting the recorded program).

*The problem does not occur when I open Media Center and play the same show on another monitor connected to Intel HD Graphics video adapter on the Mother board.

* AMD software has captured and sent in the debug file.

How do I get amd radeon r5 340x to stop crashing?

I noticed that no one has replied so I kept digging on the web.

* My screen resolution on my monitor is 1400 x 900 (recommended) - for the monitor??

* I found a Dell bulletin that says when connecting to a HD TV the screen resolution must be 1024 x 768 or the screen will go black. In my case PC crashes with a blue screen.

Is this a known problem with amd radeon r5 340x? Is there a fix?
