AMD or Intel CPU pairing with my new 6900 XT ?

Right now i have a i7 11700k, but im wondering if it will work better with with Ryzen 5900X CPU - or will it be about the same?

I know AMD cpu can work with 6900XT with the Smart Access Memory enabled, but so can intels Resizable BAR - and i have that enabled allready.

Question still stands, will the beast gpu work better with a Ryzen CPU?

I have a feeling that Resizable Bar works on both AMD and Intel CPUs.

But only works on Nvidia GPUs.
