AMD graphic cards doesn't output video on old motherboards
Hi, I recently bought a radeon rx 6600 which doesn't output video in older Gigabyte motherboards, but the computer does boot into OS just fine even without video. I ran this tests with a radeon r7 360 and the newly bought radeon rx 6600, two old Gigabyte (H61M-DS2 and F2A55M-S1) motherboards and one newer Gigabyte (B450M-DS3), and an old Asus (M5A78L-M LX3).
The B450M-DS3 running with a ryzen 5 5600x, all gpus does output video (RTX 3070, rx 6600 and r7 360).
The H61M-DS2 (which is the board i intend to use this rx 6600) running with latest BIOS available and an Intel i7-3770k, this setup the NVIDIA RTX 3070 attached does output video and run fine, the r7 360 and the rx radeon 6600 does not output video but the system is booted and running
The F2A55M-S1 running with an AMD A6-5400k this setup does output video with the RTX 3070, but does not with the radeon rx 6600 and r7 360
The M5A78L-M LX3 running with an AMD fx-6300 all gpus does output video (RTX 3070, radeon rx 6600 and r7 360).
All systems used the same RAM chips whenever possible and the same PSU, its a Corsair VS600w
One interesting thing i noticed is that with the F2A55M-S1, connecting through ssh into the machine and running "lspci -k" in Linux even recognizes the rx 6600

I tested also against two diferent monitors, at least 3 HDMI cables and 1 Display Port, even disabling integrated graphics interely in the bios, still no video output, does anyone have any idea what is this about? possible gigabyte bios bug?
I've run into this with older main boards as well. Do the boards in question have UEFI bios as it appears to be necessary to support the newer AMD graphics cards and I think this is because of resizable bar requirements of Vbios on the GPUs but I'm no bios engineer. Perhaps AMD support could clarify better.
