AMD gpu screen tearing only in fullscreen games.

Hello, this is probably the millionth time ive made a post like this on the internet. I have a rx570 with the latest drivers and everything and windows 11 with the latest update.

Ive been having an issue with screen tearing in fullscreen videogames for quite some time now. I have a thing where i change my os every few months just for the sakes of it. And ive realised that the screen tearing when combined with free sync and enchanted sync in the Radeon settings program, completely removes the screen tearing issue when using windows 7 or 8.1. Ive just updated to win 11 for a bunch of reasons, and the first 3-4 days it worked fine, with those settings no screen tearing. After those 3-4 days the screen tearing came back, and its not that i havent noticed it before, it isnt very noticeable even i just notice things like that. Now, ive tried installing different versions of radeon software, even older archived versions, but nothing helped. Now i have a theory which makes sense  in my brain but im not a computer scientist, my theory is that windows overrides the radeon settings somehow... I know nothings wrong with my gpu or monitor because using those settings as said before, worked for the first couple of days on win 11 and worked fine on win 7. Ive tried win 10 also and the same issue as win 11, works for the first few days, then stops working. I was not able to find anything on this topic anywhere on the internet so help is needed. I even thought about upgrading to nvidia since they have a solve for this situation, but i decited to make a post on here before i spend my money.

I hope this all made sence since english isnt my first language, if you have any questions or solves for this issue, leave them in the replies. AND FOR GODS SAKE DONT TELL ME TO BUY A NEW MONITOR OR USE VSYNC....

well smartass i found the issue actually. for some reason "instant replay" causes the tearing to happen even with freesync on. i turned it off and its fine

I knew I should not have bothered to write that when you put at the end to not suggest the thing that will stop the tearing. "I keep hitting myself in the head with a hammer. What can i do to stop the headaches?!"
