hi i have a toshiba Satellite P70-B-11E computer. After formatting the computer, the computer started not to detect the Amd Radeon R9 265x Graphics card and when I try to install the drivers, I get the 173 error, can you please help? The computer was freezing and the mouse was not moving when it was previously detected.
