AMD Driver Only install, does it support Rebar and Freesync ?

Hello, 

I just bought an rx 6950 xt, unfortunatly when I install the full amd drivers suite with adrenline softwate etc I have blackscreen issues, so far using the drivers only or pro version of the drivers solved the issue.

But I don't know what is enabled or what is working with driver only, I can't find any old school control panel like nvidia control panel (NVCP), I dont know if I can use any image sharpening features or radeon super resolution, but MOST importantly, does the driver only install enables rebar/SAM and freesync ? My monitor is freesync premium and my motherboard also have rebar enabled, but I can't see if they are on or not.

This User at another forum gave a very good way to check if AMD SAM is enabled or not:

Here are the AMD SAM System Requirement to enable SAM:

In order for SAM to work on your PC, you must have certain hardware components.
  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6000 series.
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5000 series or AMD Ryzen 3000 series (excluding Ryzen 5 3400G and Ryzen 3 3200G)
  • Motherboard: AMD 500 series.
  • Driver: Radeon Software 20.11.2 or newer.
  • BIOS: AMD AGESA 1.1.0.0 or newer.

When you install the full AMD Adrenaline Driver Package it will install automatically Radeon Settings Panel where you can check if Rebar and Freesync are enabled and configure your GPU card the way you want.
 
I imagine the Pro version will have something similar to Radeon Settings Panel.
