AMD AM4 Ryzen 3 2200G problem recognizing Radeon Vega Graphics
Windows no longer recognizes the Radeon graphics. Windows device manager shows "video controller (VGA compatible) under Other devices
My PC has the following specs:
- Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2311)
- ASRock Fatal1ty B450 UEFI Version B450 Gaming-ITX/ac BIOS v P5.10
- CPU: AMD AM4 Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics
Steps taken so far:
- updated BIOS to P5.10
- Downloaded AMD software Adrenalin version 22.11.1 Radeon Vega 8 graphics
- received error 1603
- confirmed Windows updates
- Turned off Avast antivirus and tried again (received same error)
Thoughts on what I should try next ?
