After getting a new 7900 XTX for my PC, I experienced a black screen every day, and I had to forcefully press the power button.

When the black screen occurs, the LED lights, fan, and keyboard lights work normally, but everything freezes, and I can't remote into the PC. The black screen only happens when my monitor goes to sleep, causing my PC to freeze and making it impossible to do anything.

and

microsoft event viewer just tell

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

because My pc is freeze I have to force power button

anyone know the solution plzz help

I already updated the newest version of bios before installing the graphic card

and re-install new windows
(my Windows version 24h2)

the latest way I do is disable ulpm in afterburner but it's still a black screen

the card has no problem if I always turn on the monitors

but when I set it to sleep monitor it's always freeze black screen

It never happened when I used Rtx 3070
