This problem can be temporarily fixed when I go into sleep mode and come back. Same with restarting or shutting down. I'm not sure if this is a hardware issue or a software issue. I was thinking software because I can fix it but only temporarily though it doesn't stay that way permanently. I was hoping that maybe someone else has experienced this and has found a solution for it. I'm not so good at computers so I apologize if I get confused.
