A Graphic Card for 300w Power Supply

I'm looking for a AMD graphic card for my Mom's PC that works with 300w power supply and I am hoping that someone here can help. Here is the information I have:

Suggest you contact Dell support/forum, ask if it has an upgrade path for components, or what other owners managed to use.

Apparently it has one PCIe slot so you could add something like an

MSI Radeon R7 240

as a discrete 17 watt card. There's some on the Canadian Newegg site.

One issue MIGHT be, the Dell has an integrated video setup and telling it's BIOS to use the discrete might be a pain or not  or it might configure automatically. ???

I did go over to the Dell Community and searched Inspiron 560. These were some of the cards suggested and some of them were suggested in multiple threads.

HD 4670 

I know these cards are on legacy drivers but out of these cards which ones would be the top choices that would not require any hardware upgrades?
