I've got the Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon™ RX 9070 XT
I'm having issues specifically in GTA 5 Enhanced and occasionally in other games too. All of a sudden I get serious frame drops and when I look at my second monitor, I see that the power usage drops way down from the 330 watts where it should be running. In GTA 5 Enhanced, whenever that happens, I can alt-tab the game and it will temporarily run at 330 watts again only for it to drop again.
Those spikes is where it's running at 330 watts. Those are right after I atl-tab the game and get temporary good performance only for it to drop down again. I have no idea how to fix this. I've got a -30 undervolt and +10 on the power. With default settings it does the same thing.
I've got a i9 13900kf, 32gbs of ddr4 ram. Temps are all good. Dual monitors, my main one being 4k and a 1080p second monitor.
