I can't seem to figure out why my 7900xtx has issues with improperly loaded textures and low LOD is most of the games I play. All the games I play are maxed out so low graphics settings aren't the issue either. I have tested this on a 7900xt, a different variant of a xtx, and a 6950xt. The 6950xt didn't have these LOD problems, but the 7900xt and xtx did. Could this be a driver problem with the 7000 series GPUs on AMDs end?

List of things I have tried to solve this problem:
clean uninstall and reinstall of gpu drivers using DDU, reinstall of windows 11 and 10, swapped out every component in my pc with a new one, changed page file size, ensured ssd firmware is up to date, installed games on a different ssd, tried amd pro drivers. im probably missing some more but i've done so many things its hard to keep track.
It doesn't seem to be a hardware issue since I have swapped out every component in my pc with a new one and windows shouldn't be the problem either. The 6950xt working fine makes me think this is a problem with the drivers., but then again I haven't really seen many people complain about the7000 series having the problems I have. Could this just be amd's drivers being funky? If anyone has some magic solution to this im all ears. idk what to do at this point anymore.
