7900XTX Recent Update Imprinting Graphics on Screen in Rocket League

I am only seeing this issue in Rocket League thus far.  Pretty sure it has to do with the recent driver.  How can I roll back driver or fix this:

There's a known issue listed, related to bloom setting. Might be that?

Probably better to use https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601 before installing a previous driver version.

i do not have bloom on.  only dynamic shadows and high contrast selected.  where is the known issues list?

 

i just uninstalled adrenalin and rolled back driver in windows and it works for now.
