7840HS/780M Artifacts in Wayland when fullscreen. [Linux]

Getting some weird artifacting when running certain graphical applications (Assetto Corsa Competitizione, Youtube) when in Wayland, especially at higher resolutions (>1080p) or on multi-screen setups. Artifacts usually include flashing white around static objects and random memory corruption-style effects.

On X11, fullscreen gaming on multiple monitors works fine.

I previously sent this laptop to Lenovo support to remedy the issues with artifacting during low-power apps on Pop!OS but turned out it's likely some power daemon by System 76, so moved to KDE Neon which solved said issues, but they now return on Wayland in above scenarios.

Laptop is an Ideapad 5 14aPH8, 7840HS with 780M iGPU and 24GB DDR5. I've ran Lenovo diagnostics and there's no issue with the RAM, motherboard etc. The fact it's not consistent with X11 makes me think the mesa drivers need work for Wayland/xWayland.
