I'm running a high-end build with 6950xt, 7950x, 1200w platinum psu - I've been trying to figure out a problem that has plagued me for over a month since this build (Frametime graph keeps showing issues in all game scenarios). It causes unplayable constant stuttering in all games. It also creates what I perceive as stutter in Youtube videos on a 144hz 1440p g27q monitor from gigabyte. I've tried with all of the freesync on/off, driver updates, the usual fixes. Nothing really seems to work in fixing this issue. Used multiple DP cables to ensure its not a capacity issue, etc. CPU is liquid cooled and temps never really go above 70. GPU doesnt go above 85. Tried different mouse/keyboard combo, different monitor. I feel like there is a setting or driver that is causing the frametime issues below. Its a really weird pattern and something I've never seen before.
