ever since installing this gpu 6 months ago, when I leave the computer idling for a long time anything related to windows gui can't be interacted with. logging out a profile fixes it (or using the computer 1-3 hours) but its very annoying. the problem followed a fresh windows installation and persists when installed in my other pc.
I'm stumped. is this an RMA issue? the card works fine once it's working, but it sucks to deal with.
