Recently, my fan speed is bugged and only ramps to 500rpm once under load. It will stop when it reaches lower temperature. I have used ddu and Amd driver clean up and reinstalled drivers but can't seem to get over 500 rpm for fans. I even reformatted my operating system. sometimes I see it spike to 700rpm then goes back to around 500rpm and hangs there. I found some comments on YouTube with the same issue but no one is able to provide a fix.
Oh I have a reference model. Once I started having the fan issue, I tried using amd's fan control then MSI afterburner but they both didn't work. So I reformatted and it's still not working properly.
My system is a 12600k, z690 gaming edge, gskill ddr4 3600mhz 2x8gb, 240 aio, 1tb Corsair mp 600.
