My 6700xt kept having a very poor performance issue for months. When the computer started, it could be normal or very laggy (no other software opened), 50/50 probability. When it's laggy, the monitor could go green with only a youtube video.
I used some benchmark softwares. When the performance is low, it's about 60% of regular score. I felt the fps of my screen with low performance might be even worse than my old GT 710.
I have reinstalled the driver after cleaned with amdcleanuputility. However, it doesn't fix it for long or won't last for even one restart.
Will anyone have idea about this problem?
