I recently got a new 6700xt and whenever waking from sleep there is a chance the computer will just black screen. The first few times it restarted multiple times and after it finally booted into windows the AMD driver was disabled. When it was restarting the motherboard's led was on with the vga error. One of the times a bunch errors were in event viewer about "removal or ejection for the device ACPI\PNP0A08\0." "Miniport driver failed to add device with status 3221225473" is another error that has popped up.
When it disables the driver and requires a restart, there is an error in the event viewer about the driver crashing and recovering. The monitors remain black though. Sometimes restarting multiple times will bring back the driver and functionality.
It works perfectly outside of this issue. The previous gpu was a reference 5700 and it did not experience this issue.
There are two monitors connected to it and both are display port. I have disabled Ulps, windows fast startup, and have downgraded to 23.11.1
