GPU: Sapphire RX 6700 XT Pulse

MOBO: gigabyte z390 d (f3h bios update)
PSU: Corsair TX550M gold
RAM: corsair vengeance rgb pro 8gb 3600mhz c18 x2
OS: Pop OS (21.04)
When I recieved my gpu it was ok, but after a while it started doing those green screen crashes about an hour into gaming, then a few minutes in, then at startup of the game. I tried different OSs (windows 10, 11, Ubuntu) and none worked so I went back to pop os. Some games do work (minecraft and eu4) but all the others crash. I am running the 19.1.0-2 drivers, idk how to update them. But in windows even the 21.0.2 drivers wont work
