6700 XT Graphical Glitches

Hi I have had my RX 6700 xt (Saffire)for over a year now but have had issues with artifacting since day one, it only seems to affect certain games though, typically ones with higher demanding graphics. The issue itself seems to be inconsistent, sometimes way worse, sometimes more tolerable. I've attached a couple of videos (one older, one newer), the Total War vid shows me basically dropping the graphics to potato quality, yet it continues to persist. Have tried since then to remedy the issue by looking through forums etc, but have had no luck. Really out of ideas at this point and just want my expensive GPU to work...

To clarify what I've attempted thus far:

- update drivers

- disable all features - including freesync

- overclocking and undervolting, monitored thermals

- different display socets, changing PCIE port

- different display, refresh rate, DP cable, HDMI cable

- tweaking use of DX9/10/11, Vulkan and OpenGL libraries

- different operating systems (run linux, have tried windows multiple times)

- MSI Kombuster with artifact detection (no artifacts found after running for minutes - dafuq?)

Think that's most of it... Basically have tried everything apart from inserting it into a different system (could be the motherboard?) but I don't have the capital to try that at the moment.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (12) @ 3.600GHz
