When my RX 6650 XT doesnt have an FPS limiter, the GPU Tempature is GOOD, it is like 67 degrees while the Hotspot tempature goes up to 101 degrees and it micro stutters so it goes back to 90 degrees and then it jumps back to 101 degrees and so on. Sometimes it makes it and hot spot drops to constant 87 degrees, and sometimes it doesnt make it and after 5-10 minutes, the Graphics Card will Crash and give a green screen and reboot the system.
I can only fully avoid it when using an FPS limiter, but I didnt have to do that with other cards, so this card should be able to do it without an fps limiter.
Note: the GPU also somehow doesnt draw more than 150W
