Hello,
I'm also encountering the same issue with a Ryzen 5 5600G and Radeon 6600XT. If you open event viewer, under Windows logs\System, go to the time it happened and look for a Critical Kernel-Power error. You can get additional details (if any are there) under the details tab. I've tried about everything short of replacing hardware for this issue and it occurs daily. I'm leaning towards a faulty CPU. What CPU do you have?

Here are all the steps I've tried without luck.
Replaced PSU
Remove all AMD drivers with cleanup tool and try all variations of drivers/software (driver only, minimal, full install). Used MOBO provided Chipset drivers as well as trying newest AMD drivers.
Preformed stress test on RAM
Preformed stress test on CPU for temps (perfectly fine temps)
Adjusted power modes (disabled sleep, hibernate, fast start up, and hybrid sleep)
Reviewed event viewer logs prior to each restart to determine anything that happens prior to the issue and found nothing.
Initiated multiple sleep cycles to see if issue occurs (it never did)
Reset BIOS to default settings
No overclocking of any sort is applied.
Disabled PBO on MOBO
