I recently upraged my pc from i5 4690k to new ryzen 5 2600. i reinstaled windows downloaded all the drivers and then download first game world war z which was running perfectly well without vsync 100 perent gpu usage. I had 100 fps in ultra settings. Then i downloaded GTA 5. Singplayer was running like i expected it to run, but on the other had online is right the opposite. I have maximum of 80 percent usage and fps around 45-55 fps which is with RX 580 pretty low. Do you know what to do, I tried almost everything and nothing worked for me.
