Even with all settings to the extreme low and in 1080p the lag and gpu usage spontaneously drops.  Turning the camera in any way, even the slightest, will generate such heavy flux and lag. It's not conducive to real game play in the least.

I don't know how to really classify this - and since I also don't  play a wide range of games - it may make this harder to convey to you all.

I'm also having this problem, d912pxy (GitHub - megai2/d912pxy: DirectX9 to DirectX12 API proxy for Guild Wars 2 ) can help a little bit but ultimately GW2 of all the games I've played on my 5700XT really sucks.
