Hi guys,
I purshased a RX5700XT PULSE a few days and i have one problem.
When i'm playing, if i press ALT + TAB, what i've got is a black screen.
So solve the black screen i should all the time reboot windows 
The screen loses the signal. Everything continues working, example: voice calls, music playing, etc
I tried this drivers and the problem is always occuring:
- Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.1.1
- Adrenalin 2020 Edition 19.12.2
I tried a clean windows install, i tried install it in another computer but the problem is the same.
I haven't OCs in GPU or CPU. Everything is stock!
My specs are:
Intel 8700K
Z370 ROG STRIX Z370-G GAMING
Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 8Gb x 2 3200mhz
PULSE RX 5700 XT 8G GDDR6
OCZ Agility 3 120Gb
WD Caviar Blue 500Gb SATA
SB X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty
Corsair HX1000w
Benq 144Hz XL2430T
I'm using Win 10 Pro
I'm using Displayport for 144Hz with my Benq screen. With HDMI cable this happens too (60Hz - max of my screen with HDMI)
I google this and i saw a lot of people with this problem.
What should i do?
I'm portuguese, and believe in me, the stores are advising to don't purshase this graphic cards. I'm thinking to sale this GPU and come back to the green side!
I don't understand how do you put this in market with all this problems!
Do you have a quality team?
I'm a software developer, and if i put in production a product with errors, i'll pay for it!!!
