Every single game i own when i start it up using my rx 5700xt red devil from power color, my fans ramp up and i get a white noise screen and i can not get out of it without restarting my PC. I can get into my games fine, its only when the fans ramp up this issue occurs. If anyone could help me Ice already installed the latest windows update and downloaded the latest AMD drivers/ Please help me.
