I have last update amd graphics card driver for rx5700xt and I have last windows 10 update my drivers are up to date 

Radeon Software : 19.12.3

Windows 10 : 1909

My system spec :

amd ryzen 5 3600x

asus tuf b450-pro gaming

amd radeon 5700 xt

Hi, go to wersion drivers 19.11.3 it's better, but before uninstall the driver using DDU, and disable ubgrade windows
