5700 XT - 4K resolution

Hi,

My system was fine but for the past few months. Runs everything fine no issue. The GPU crashed the other day and it forced me to reinstall drivers. I've lost my 4k resolution. I'm running dual monitor set up 4k & 1440p.  My 1440p is fine, resolution is normal but on my 4k, it default to 1080. Sometimes I see the option to select the 4k resolution but then when I select it, the screen will flicker, go black and then go back to 1080. I have the latest drivers.

Please and thank you.

In Windows 10, go to Settings (Win+I) > System > Display > Scale and layout > Resolution. There is some list of resolution.

To find more resolution setting, Scroll down, click on Display adapter Properties. You can see this window (this may vary if your display driver is different).

From there select List All Modes. There you can find many other Resolution options.

If you can't force the 4k resolution that way, you might want to try DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to cleanly re-install the drivers
