5600XT "not available for mining" on Ubuntu

Hi. I need help with setting up my 5600 XT on Ubuntu.

I did a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04. I installed AMD drivers (tried both 21.10 and 21.20). I tried both full install with "./amdgpu-pro-install -y --opencl=pal,legacy" and only opencl install with "./amdgpu-pro-install -y --opencl=pal,legacy --headless"

I did "sudo usermod -a -G video $LOGNAME", added "amdgpu.ppfeaturemask=0xffffffff" to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX= in /etc/default/grub and did "sudo update-grub" and reboot.

But when i try to run PhoenixMiner 5.7b, all i get is:

OpenCL driver version: 21.10-124x-orca No avaiable GPUs for mining. Please check your drivers and/or hardware.

Why PM doesn't see my 5600 XT? Same with TRM.

"lspci | grep -i VGA" output:

28:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Navi 10 [Radeon RX 5600 OEM/5600 XT / 5700/5700 XT] (rev ca)
