I know that my R9 380 4GB supports up to 4K 60fps h264 video playback . When i open a 4K 60FPS H264 video or a movie file it works fine. However in youtube when i play videos the AMD decode doesn't work in task manager and the cpu does all the job so the video lags. Why is this happening? The hardware acceleration is on, i have tried all the browsers.
